You are a leader, teacher, and enjoy steering peers towards success. The Core Trainer plays an important role in supporting colleagues in safe and acceptable Connect Care use, all while promoting transformation and clinical improvement. You strive to communicate clear and precise Connect Care adoption instructions to physicians in your own or similar clinical area of expertise.
Ultimately, you will become a Connect Care champion, demonstrating leadership in clinical informatics.
We will be taking applications for multiple positions representing the following Connect Care Training Tracks:
- Inpatient Admitting
- Critical Care – Peds
- Critical Care - NICU
- MOU/Medical Outpatient
- Rural Medicine
- Emergency Medicine
- Pathology – Anatomical/Clinical
- Oncology – Medical/Supplemental
- Obstetrics and Gynecology
The successful candidate will advocate for Connect Care in all aspects of their work, in order to generate enthusiasm and excitement for the initiative. They are eager to learn; continual advancement of Connect Care knowledge and skill is essential. They will broadly support Connect Care CIS implementation and optimization while participating in effective and consistent communication about Connect Care and training opportunities. The candidate is quick to learn how to deliver personalized training materials to suit specific clinical or work context. They will also be fluent in delivering classroom and/or virtual training for physicians, including basic training, personalization and optimization at a minimum of twice per month.
